"Conflict Management" training delivered by Friedrich Glasl

developWay gives an importance to the continual teaching process of its employees and in any possible case provides corresponding possibilities for their participation during the trainings. 

"Conflict Management" training delivered by Prof. Friedrich Glasl (Doctor of Trigon University) was organized from 15 to 17 July, 2009. One of our employees participated in that training, during which the main strategic tools and methods of conflict management were presented and also explained the basic ways of conflict's overcoming.

The main feature and advantage of the training was that the general idea was based on practical exercises. And the final results and expressions from this training and from current discussions were really effective and rational.At the end of the training all participants were given corresponding certificates.
